Dear Clear Perspective Clients and Friends,
We are writing this brief memo to give you an update on how we intend to continue to work on your behalf as the world deals with the COVID-19 virus. We take the health & safety of our clients and employees very seriously, therefore we will be changing our normal process for client meetings and interactions. Until we have some assurances that the spread of the virus has been slowed or contained, we intend to have all regularly scheduled portfolio reviews via video conference or over the phone, instead of face to face meetings in our offices.
We are committed to continuing to be available for any questions and/or general discussions about your personal strategies. All Clear Perspective employees will be working remotely as of this week and will still have access to all of your account information via our secure virtual private network.
While all of this may come of no surprise to you as you receive this letter, we felt it best to articulate how we intend to continue to act as your fiduciary throughout this very uncertain period for our country.
